You’ll be a 5-minute walk from the beach, 2 minutes from the center of Biscarrosse Plage, and just 10 minutes by car from the Golf Course and Lake. Step inside to find a spacious, bright home designed for comfortable, sociable holidays. The fully equipped kitchen opens to a welcoming living area with a cozy lounge and dining space, perfect for making memories. On the ground floor, a master suite includes a bedroom and private shower room. There’s also a separate WC with washbasin. Upstairs, the sleeping area has two bedrooms: one with two single beds and storage, the other with a double bed and an extendable daybed. A bathroom with bathtub, WC, and sink completes the floor. All linens are provided: towels, bathmats, tea towels, and bedding for every bed. Outside, enjoy a large wooden terrace and spacious garden, a saltwater pool secured by a dome (naturally heated), outdoor shower, garden furniture, loungers, parasols, pétanque court, barbecue, and dining area. There’s space to store bikes and surfboards. A garage is available, with a washing machine and dryer. No pets allowed. This is a non-smoking property.
